Appearance
Clean with an intense yellow color, the white foam has a poor retention;
Aroma
An intense honey and mead aroma hides very light notes of spices, alcohol and cereals;
Mouthfeel
Medium-low body with a good carbonation;
Taste
Honey and mead are dominant also in the mouth with very light cereal notes. There’s no alcohol sensation, and everything is balanced by a noticeable bitterness, leaving mead, spicy and soft citric notes in the nose;
Personal opinion
Good beer but the mead taste is too intrusive.
