Appearance
Golden beer a little bit hazy (maybe too little for for a weizen) with a white head without a particular retention;
Aroma
Light fruity aroma with very soft banana and cereal notes. Not a typical weizen aroma;
Mouthfeel
Medium body with a marked carbonation;
Taste
Light sweet banana and yeasty flavors become a soft bitterness that not persist for long;
Personal opinion
Good beer but with some characteristics that have not convinced me for a weizen, in particular the classic banana aroma that is very light and almost covered by the rest. The taste is more classic.
