Appearance
Crystal golden beer with a compact foam without a very high retention;
Aroma
There’s a very good balance and gentleness in the aroma, with fruity and floral notes that merges with a delicate wine aroma and malty notes. I did not seem to perceive the classic Sauvignon descriptors;
Mouthfeel
Medium-low body with a marked carbonation make this beer extremely easy and pleasant to drink;
Taste
Soft malty and fruity flavors become a delicate and pleasant wine flavor with a very soft sourness and low bitterness. Alcoholic notes are hidden behind this perfect balance;
Personal opinion
It seems to drink wine but with the drinkability of an easy beer. Very pleasant with a wonderful aroma and an excellent taste. I appreciate a lot that alcoholic sensations are hidden in this beer, this characteristic makes this beer even better. As I said, I did not seem to perceive the classic Sauvignon descriptors, but since we are talking about a delicate beer maybe better so.
