Brewski – Almond Walnut Vanilla Caramel Cake

Black and hazy with a nice brown foam with low retention;

 

Intense notes of alcohol, caramel, vanilla, dried fruits (walnuts, hazelnuts), chocolate with notes of toffee, sponge cake and red fruits;

 

Medium body with medium-low carbonation;

 

Caramel and chocolate sweetness with soft coffee notes are a little covered by strong alcohol sensation. In the aftertaste a dark chocolate bitterness merges with the alcohol sensation in the throat. Alcohol a little too invasive during the sip;
