Appearance
Black and hazy, not much foam with low retention;
Aroma
It’s like chocolate topping, spreadable cream or snack. Well mixed with that chocolate aroma there are notes of hazelnuts, peanuts, caramel, alcohol and ripe fruits;
Mouthfeel
Completely flat, full (but not oily) body;
Taste
The
chocolate is the boss also in the mouth followed by alcohol and
caramel. The sweetness is balanced by a dark chocolate bitterness that
remains also in the aftertaste. It seems to drink a chocolate liquor,
maybe alcohol perception is a little too intrusive in that chocolate
bomb;
