Appearance
Dark stray / light gold coloured beer, a little bit hazy and a white head with a good retention;
Aroma
Very intense tropical and citrus aroma with ananas, mango, grapefruit, melon with some hoppy notes;
Mouthfeel
Medium-low body with a marked and fine carbonation and a strong bitterness that wraps the whole mouth;
Taste
As can be expected from the mouthfeel, the strong bitterness is felt almost from the beginning of the sip where some sweet, citric, and honey notes are felt before the arrival of the bitter wave;
Personal opinion
When pouring into a glass the aroma was amazing, very intense and perfect for the style with a perfect balance. Sadly when drinking there is a very strong bitterness that covers everything else, beer taste can be felt just for an instant and after that just a strong herbal bitterness remains in the mouth.
