Appearance
Dark brown beer with a persistent white/creamy colored foam;
Aroma
Roasted, caramel/toffee and and malty aromas with notes of chocolate, hazelnut and dried fruits;
Mouthfeel
Medium body with a medium-low carbonation with a sweet sensation;
Taste
It begins with an intense malty and toffee sweetness with notes of hazelnuts and the leaves in the mouth a delicate and roasty flavored bitterness without cleaning away completely the sweet taste;
Personal opinion
This beer was exactly as I expected when I saw the can, a good beer with no surprises. Hazelnuts can be found everywhere in that beer, but the sweet brown ale base is a little bit too sweet for me.
